Not bad at all matey - how's yourself keeping? Was at Gatecrasher last friday with Rich (saw Nu-NRG) and tomorrow is my first rugby match back since Xmas. Apart from that, I'm at the end of a 70 hour working week.....

I'm cool cheers, having a nice relaxing detox at the mo after that heavy weekend, but looking 4ward to the Serious double header in 2 weeks. Raaaaaaahhhh!

Yeah, I have to say life is good all round. Heading over to Vickies parents tonight to meet more of her family (will go down well - I'm unshaven and starting to get in a bad mood for tomorrows match!).
