I don't think you can copyright a name, but I do believe he will be entitled to sue the [censored] out of you, I am not sure of the correct criminal terms, but it is all to do with trading under false pretences, and mis-appropriating peoples good names, the same way you couldn't set up a burger chain called MacDonalds, it is illegal to do that sort of stuff. Glazby could do you, and anyone hiring you could as well. Unless you advertised as Paul Glazby (not Paul Glazby of ***** records)
