glazby and karim r good 4 different reasons

 

glazby is more mainstreamly accessable so he can get away with being filthy with out being told by the event organisers to water down his style

 

karim however has had to tone down his sets since his became much more worldly renowned - i've noticed his sets get more, erm, punky/funky/what ever and loose alot of that evil bitter sickening that made u wanna cry edge to his tunes

 

still think karim edges is 4 me tho as most of his tunes r his own bootlegs so u know ur not gonna get loads of wanna-be karims copy-catting his style

 

btw - karim b2b with glazby is a bit dull imo. karims not the greatest mixer in the world but his records kick arse, and glazby is a much better mixer but with more accessable records - get em together and karim cant play half is tunes and glazby cant do half his dj tricks as they both have to cater 4 each others styles so u end up of them both dumbing down thier style

 

personally i think this whole b2b craize is silly - most DJs they put b2b wont really work b2b as thier unique style has to be toned down to cater 4 the other DJ

sick is an uderstatement - he was so dark and twisted when i went to the offical afterparty and they were playing regular hardhouse it sounded like funky house
