The good news is there will be a 3rd digital camera on its way for CTW photographs and nights out! This will take the pressure off James and Paul of constantly taking pictures on events!

 

Hopefully this will be delivered before Saturday's The Viaduct event and as James and Paul wont be there it would be a shame no photos will be up for this!

 

This will also gurantee photos for Newcastle, Glasgow!

yep, there will also be a forth digital camera! as i am deffinately getting one over the bank holiday sometime, i want it for ibiza, cos if you lot wont be there the smae wek then it would be a shame to miss out on some cool pics there!!!

 

i need james help though on which one is gonna be best????????

Word of advice though, they eat batteries like there's no tomorrow, its ridiculous, we got 2 at work . Even the Duracell best make ones .

Make sure you buy a camera which can either take a built-in recharable battery (usually through a docking station) or even better - buy one which takes standard AAs and just buy a charger and 4 batteries - this only cost me about £16 in a good photographers shop - its bizzare - the rechargable batteries were only about 4 quid more than the best high-powered disposables but also lasted about tiwce as long. I've recharged them over 100 times now and they still last for ages.

 

I was definitely worried about the batteries though until I found these cheap & good quality chargers about. DO NOT use normal batteries cause it will cost you a fortune.

 

Memory cards - best type are SmartMedia - I have Sony Memorysticks but a) they are more expensive and they are more restrictive.

 

Best quality cameras I have seen are probably the Fugiflim ones or the new minolta.
