Ah, Molecular Biology, those were the days. Apart from one biochemistry practical, where we were using cyanide to investigate the respiration cycle, and they put this big thing of antidote on the front desk and said "If you accidentally inject yourself with the cyanide, just run to the front and inject this into your heart, you should be OK"!!

I decided, that in the grand scheme of things, inject your self with cyanide, and then having a race between your metabolism and your legs wasn't amongst the "100 things you should do before you are 30". In fact, it had a good possibility of limiting it to "One thing to do before you die"

Hey, I am a biologist, but I only ever did predator prey models with regard to microorganisms......and never really understood it! Mostly did microbiology and genetics.......
