I've decided on ice-cream but 2mo going to get very drunk and see if that helps.

Bad idea to drink when depressed ... not that I'm above doing that!

 

Just sit back and listen to some good music. My personal preference is some vicious techno ... very loud! Dance around your bedroom like a mad thing. And ring up all your mates, they'll cheer you up.

Yeah I'd forgotten about the "retail therapy" option! Works for blokes too, I can always cheer myself up by blowing a load of dosh on new records!
