Did anyone see Ebay on watchdog?

Just wandering if anyone watched watchdog a few days ago and saw the bit about Ebay. If you did, what were Ebay on it for? Nicking money? Im asking because Ebay are after my money. I owed em £10.25 so i paid it off and ive now received another email saying i now owe £10.40. They are theiving cunts i tells ya.

what it was on about was the middle men companies that hold your payments until you receive the goods and then gives the dosh to the seller. What had happened was that people had set up rogue companies to perform this task and taking the dosh with no product or seller at other end before disappearing off with your readies. If that makes any sense whatsoever
