refusing to work

say you have issues with someone at work, which you have brought up several times before to ur manager.

 

say ur manager is good mates with the twat at work, and 'has it in' for you.

 

if the manager deliberately puts you working temporarily somewhere close by the 'twat', how much power do you have to say "i don't want to work there, i want to work in my official department, which is somewhere else" ?

 

any answers received TONIGHT, please....

when the boss was off last thurs, he came back from lunch after 3 pints, half pissed.

IMO you should either just deal with it and think that you're getting paid for being abused or put in a complaint and keep putting them in until the manger takes notice or you threaten to take it to a tribunal.

You've gotta do these things by the book. Go ahead and work with the guy, but if he does anything out of order, complain officially through the proper channels.

Phil, does he act like this towards anyone else?? You need to find out if he is bullying anyone else in the office & get them also to make official complaints, failing that, ask some work collegues, have they noticed him being unfair, to you & ask if they would back you up on this matter. good luck hon

he has a vendetta against me and he is just the kind of dick head who will act lairy and try to be all 'big'.

 

today wasn't too bad - and it's his last day tomorrow and he has a half day...so....yey.

 

the boss generally doesn't like me but does like him. and the boss to be honest has the same kind of cu.nt head personality as the guy, which is why they get on well. doing things by the book hasn't worked in the past. it's been down to me.

 

by tomorrow afternoon life should be better xxx

i've learnt that management don't want me in the company.

 

i didn't get on with the boss in my prev department so they moved my dept.

 

4 other ppl have since quit or been fired since i moved downstairs (my replacements)

 

the only reason i didn't quit when i moved depts was cos i realised that the job they put me in (the one they put me in cos they wanted me to quit) was really important, and helping the company a lot.

 

fuck the company
