If you're using IE then you should have the context help on, this will display which one if which... E.g it come's up with : wavey : for the wavey smilie, : yippie : for the jumping one etc...

the reason the images stop animating when u click on 1 is a very simple rason:

 

the images r setup as hyperlinks (ie thier the same as the 'special' text u click on to load another page) - the only difference is that instead of loading a diff page it loads some code instead (what this code does is places text in the box u type your post in)

 

now as you have effectivly loaded a new link the webbrowser thinks that u dont want ur previous page refreshed any more so it stops all the processes atteched to it (ie the animating of the images)

Bollocks, haven't Microsoft heard of Javascript ? Just because you click on an 'A' link doesn't mean you're navigating to another page. And what about frames ? If the target of the link was another frame, why would you want to stop animation in the current frame ?

It's buggy Microsoft code again, it all works fine in Galeon. So ner !

i didnt write internet explore - i just write webpages that try to get around the bugs of internet explore

i do, i write pages with server side scripting so that the webpage has diff code depending on the webbrowser downloading it
