My MSN Hotmail Doesn't work....HELP!!!!

Can anyone give me an idea about how to actually access my emails???

 

Everytime I sign in and try it just gives me the option of upgrading my account for 19.99!! So I click on the top activate Hotmail account, which then prompts a password entry, I enter my password and it gives me the a#same bloody screen as before. I am ready to kick the [censored] out of my computer banghead.gif

 

Anyway, advice would be well received!! notworthy.gif

Agreed Maria, I had the same problem with the theiving bastards, I [censored] hate them, Yahoo are much better, go with them, they give you 6mb FREE and thats enough for daily emails.

No, if you open up a new one it wont even let you in, thats the worst thing, they charge you that amount so you cant check your emails unless you gon in there.

If you are not sure what e:mail client you are using (duh) - go to www.msn.com and sign in that way.

 

 

If you are still having the problem, Send them an e:mail regarding the account in question but make sure you tell them to respond to a different e:mail. They are usually pretty good with answering any queries. Iv never had a problem with their customer services.

this happened 2 me as well nothing is rong its just u gotta click continue on the bottom then it will let u access ur emails me finks

Yeh they are superb imo.

 

They longest they have taken to get back to me is 2 days. With Microsft being a large company n all that, I think that is pretty good customer service.

 

All their answers regarding my queries have also been very detailed, therefore helpfull!
