Long live BTOpenworld!!! we went on broadband it took at least 5 hours to get on becasue they were over loaded, they said it could be anything between 1 week to 6 months to sort out. In the mean time they told us it was the computer then it turned out nothing was wrong with it. So we have gone back on to freeserve anytime again for the time being.
