CTW Members IAHH1562627749 Posted June 21, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted June 21, 2003 as far as i know........ depends on how long you have worked there. if you have only been there a bit, then you will have only accrued a percentage of your paid holidays. ie if you've been there 3 months and you get 20 paid holiday days per year, then you will only have earnt 5. if you've been there at least a year, i believe you could take all 20 at the start of the holiday year. some places are nice and would let you have more days off than you had earnt, but if you randomly quit and walked out then they would take those days off your pay and could reclaim the money from your salary.
