CTW Members tidyShaun Posted July 1, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted July 1, 2003 Im wanting to get some t-shirts printed and now I cant find anywhere in Sheffield that does it anymore. Annoying. I was down in Brum at the weekend and I did see a place that did it, but I wasnt sure whether I would be better off buying some transfer paper and doing it myself?, so left it. Transfer paper, What's the score? Is it worth doing it myself or not Quote "Shaun stop being so mint"
CTW Promotors CreamyC Posted July 1, 2003 CTW Promotors Share Posted July 1, 2003 No way, transfer paper is terrible, if fucks up and peels off after one wear, how long you want it to stay for? A one nighter ?? If so, then transfer would be best and cheapest. I'll have to keep searching around, maybe Leeds might do it somewhere, I dont fancy going all the way down to Brum just for it, I have to get my arm twisted to go down there at the best of times. CTW Members TomD Posted July 1, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted July 1, 2003 look in Yellow Pages, see if you can find something under "Corporate Clothing" or something similar, "Workwear" maybe? then ask if they can do full screen printing with a minimum order of 1. i managed to get a single-colour t-shirt print (including cost fo the t-shirt) from a company near here for just under a tenner, including personal delivery. don't bother with the t-shirt transfers, they're dreadful. even if you get them done in say Prontaprint or KallKwik or any of the high street print shops, they're pretty bad. CTW DJs DJ Elemental Posted July 1, 2003 CTW DJs Share Posted July 1, 2003 I know people who do professional T-Shirt printing, it may be alittle expensive for one t-shirt, but if u get a few others to get theirs printed too, will work out cheaper Quote http://bos.abavagada.net/oddfiles/djelementalonline.jpg
CTW Members Blink Posted July 1, 2003 CTW Members Share Posted July 1, 2003 www.tshirtstudio.com I got a T-shirt done there, was £15, but the printing seems really good, and it was only about 3 days from when I sent them the jpg to when I got the T-shirt
