i owe the cunt £350, have done since may but dont live in that house anymore! was gonna pay this week as i just got paid but more i think about it whats the fuckin point!! he cant do [censored]!! if he takes me to court - he will win but it will take time effort and initially his cash to do it and i dont think he can be arsed with the hassle for such a small amount of money! if i havent got the money even when he wins in court il have to pay him in affordable installments so the question is should he get jibbed? scratchchin.gifshrug.gif

if it goes to court then your credit rating will be [censored]!

what if you need finance/mortgage/hire purchase in the near future, could be a problem.

is it realy worth it?

dont see how it affects my already shambollick (sp?) credit rating to be honest!!

itl take ages to go to court as soon as it looks like it does i could pay i guess! he wont take me to court anyway its too much hassle!! i guess iv already made my mind up!! so i guess the question should be - whod be like me and jib the cunt?

Exactly, just pay it off now, instead of when it all goes to [censored].

I don't do much on this planet, but David Blaine has taught me that I could do less!!

Cos it would take even longer to clear any judgements aginst you.

If you owe him the money then justpay it unless you have reason not too, like he's done you over at some point.

If he hasn't then why not pay?, it's things like this that really piss me off, if the roleswere reversed how would you feel, stop being a cunt and pay up. This all on the assumption of course that he hasn't gipped you over, if he has then screw him!

The point, Jon, is that YOU OWE HIM £350.

Keeping the money from him is wrong. It's his money, not yours. When you lived in his house you entered an agreement that you'd pay, but you've broken your side of the contract.

Imagine if someone owed you £350? How wrong would it be if they decided not to pay you?

Keeping that money is wrong, it's not yours. Cough up.

don;t know who said it first... but I def believe...

if it were me... unless the landlord really deserved to loose out i'd pay the cash... not worth the bad karma IMHO
