hey guys

 

so did you end up going to Smile and Riot then??? Sounds like a lot of ppl had a v good time at Smile!

 

Would have really liked to have made it to Riot to catch up with one or two of you, but ended up flaked out on Sunday afternoon. Really knackered after a weekend of family stuff.

 

Am still thinking about The End on either Sat 27th (Underwater again) or the 4th Oct (Layo & Bushwacka), what do you reckon?... or maybe see you at The Cross?, who knows, definately haven't got my social life very fixed down at the moment shrug.gifsmile.gif

 

What ever happens hope to catch up with the pair of you soon!!!

just as well u didnt make it to riot really. the club was empty (which in a way was a nice change) but the music (imo) was abismal considering what i'vcome to expect from riot.

 

dont know about the other nights just yet - would deffo love to, but i think i'll wait until i've recovered (mentally) from this weekend as its taken an emotinal toll on me (which is v unusual)

 

smile was good tho smile.gif not without its hic-cups either, but thats a long(ish) story and i'm mostly to blame i reccon blush.gif

ps - cool cd, started about thinking about how to write a review, and I came to the conclusion i have absolutely no idea how to describe music (let alone dance music), how the hell people can describe the tempo of beats, and the other aspects of music, i'll never know (do ppl actually do this???)... so sorry.gif for no review, in the near future at least smile.gif

i have a few comments from people already and am expecting comment from every1 else i gave a cd to last wkd (hint hint ease-droppers wink.gif ) so i should have enuf to go on to work on smile.gif

Hello, Smile was good, didn't go to Riot but its not really my thing. I'm definitely going to Serious this Saturday, we're meeting in the Ruby Lounge at 9 o'clock if you're interested. It would be good to see you again. smile.gif

 

And let me know about going back to The End i really enjoyed it last time & would like to go back again. I'll see if i can get my friends to come this time i've given them a good report on the night they were very interested when i told them about all the nice women in there!

everything seems to be a bit hectic at the moment (10pm and still in work frown.gifbanghead.gif ) am up norf in Lincolnshire this Friday night, but def fancy Serious if I get back to the big smoke in time

 

Re: The End, I'm also very very up for this in the near future... the two good nights on soon (well the ones I like) are on the 27th and 4th (see above), haven;t got around to speaking to my mates about when/ if they're free BUT are you around/ free/ up for re-visiting The End on either of those dates then???

the atmos in riot when i went bank hol just been WAS spot on, but there were too many beautiful ppl (tops off/belts) for my liking

 

strange i guess.

I'm going to Tidy weekender on 10th Oct (although i have to admit i'm not really looking forward to it) so wasn't really planning on doing much before then other than Serious this weekend. But from those two dates i would rather go on the 4th.

      I can comment under events but can’t create a review. Il review convergence under the event after Saturday and maybe send you the info if the other events I listed.

      I will try take some pics but it’s not quite like it used to be. There’s not loads of ppl dressed up cyber and taking pics but I can get some of the sets and crowds. Things have changed a little but ppl are still friendly and well mostly our age. Unless you go to a back2bounce night in Doncaster where the majority looked 13 😂

      Hi @Dani Babyboo, That's great to hear, I'm thinking of getting back into the scene and attending the odd club night here & there as well. 👍 That would be awesome if you can start writing up some reviews for some of the nights you are going to, you should have permission to create reviews in the review section, let me know if you don't. Would be great to have some photos as well but if you have videos perhaps we can get them uploaded to YouTube and create a section for those.
