POINTLESS JOURNEY!

well last night i was djing at so sundays, i finished at 1:30, then, being the good friend that i am, left the club and proceeded to drive to Manchester Airport to pick my best mate and girl friend up from their hols. I left Leeds at 2am, arrived at the airport at 2:54am, waited till 4:00 and there’s no sign of him. . . 4:30 still no sign. 5:00 I decide to try and call him to see where he was! NO ANSWER! Well by 5:30 my thoughts went like this. . . . . . “WELL [censored] HIM!”

 

Went to pay my car park . . . £6.60p OH YEA JUST HIT ME WHILE IM DOWN (I thought) then started the drive back to Leeds. Got about 15 miles away from Leeds and my eyes would not stay open any more. So I pulled over like a good driver that i am, and spent a lovely 3 hours asleep in my car.

 

When I finally get home looking like I’ve spent a night on the streets, I manage to get hold of him . . . . “So where are you” (I ask) . . . . “I’m on the beach mate why?” oh how I could have hit him!

“IVE JUST BEEN OVER TO MANCHESTER [censored] AIRPORT WAITING FOR YOU!!!!” (I said) . . . “Oh no mate its next week I get back” (said very casually!) WELL DO YOU THINK!!

 

Well if that’s not a pointless journey I don’t know what is! Anyone else had as much fun as I have today???

drank way too much vodka last night, passed out at I don't know what time and awoke to 'KNOCK KNOCK'...was a little dazed and confused...heard my dad shout...'JOE, are u awake, you have got to be in work in 15 minutes..' Got to work 25 mins late and feel/look like crap. Could normally just sit at my desk and hide, but the auditors are in this week poking their nose about through all the past years work and they decided to come and see me first thing this morning. am not in the best of moods!

 

3 hours 10 mins to go, gonna go home and roll the fattest ever and watch the simpsons (if it's on tonight)
