hangover

after much research ive decided that a hangover isn't at all related to the amount you've had to drink, it is in fact all to do with lack of sleep.

 

any1 got any hangover tips/cures?

I dont hangovers much anymore. Its all to do with your head spinning when you fall asleep.

Dont go straight to bed after coming back from the pub/club and just chillout for a bit, get some fresh air maybe.

Best way to lessen the effects of a hangover, is to drink plenty of fluids (no not more booze), loads of water. Take a pint of water with you when you go to bed, and drink some everytime you wake. In the morning, you may just wake up felling a little rough, but ok.

i hate hangovers but i dont oftern get bad ones and i dont tend to drink water before i go to sleep but i know that that does help!

 

ive been drinking since thurs and havnt had one yet, think itll kick in tomorrow after 7 nights

got a stinking hangover today. got ratarsed last night to take my mind of giving up smoking. it worked, and now i feel sick so dont want a fag.

 

and that's a good thing.

Different methods work for different people, the drink plenty of water thing is a great idea. Forgot to mention that one!
