Dawn I aint got a clue where it originated from, but one night I was totally hammered & my m8 said to me *ooh Lisa I feel all fluffy* & I replied *yeh I feel all jigglypuff* then we both fell about in laughter, fook knows where it came from, apperently its an old cartoon from a few yrs back, but can honestly say until the moment I said it I had never heard it b4!!!
