Sleeping / dreaming - do you wake up and do silly things ?

I went to bed early last night as I was ill.

 

Woke up early hours - at the time, I was dreaming about something, althoug I cant remember what. I woke up, seen James lying ASLEEP next to me, and I hit him in the stomach, and then shouted "oh sorry" then went back to sleep !

 

O god !

 

Anyone else do things like thi sin their sleep ?

iv had conversations while iv been asleep, just to be told iv been talking [censored] the next day

 

i quite often kick out/jerk while asleep if im dreaming about jumping or running

When i was at school i used to stop over at my mates house, my mate used to share a room with his brother and they used to talk to each other in there sleep. quite [censored] up!

i have waking dream where u half awake and half asleep. your eyes are open but your still dreaming and things in the room turn in to mad shapes. one time nik came in late and i was sat up asking him where my aunti had gone coz she was asllep at the bottom of the bed a miniute ago. if that makes sense

I was working in Leeds a couple of months back and I was staying in a hotel. In the night I remember dreaming that I was in some kind of castle tower and was trying to climb on the roof. Then I woke up and I was standing ontop of the air con unit with my hands on the ceiling.

 

Have had a few sleepwalking experiences as well.

Half asleep half awake, I think its called sleep paralysis ive suffered from it a couple of time and my house mate suffers from it all the time its quite spookey, You cant move your body but your blatantly awake its kina like your in limbo, nasty nasty feeling

ahhh i get these too, usually when i've been over-doing the clubbing....once I could see everything in my room like normal in one eye and in the other I was dreamin and I was lying on the floor by a car and I couldn't get up and there was someone in the car - who was stuck inside it and couldnt get out ...had a couple of those, can remember them clearly too - not particually fond of them

yeah that's it - it's absolutely horrible! u think ur awake - but u can't call out for help, I thought I was dying once!!!!!

yea ive had that bout 3 times,the last 2 i managed to calm myself down and go wiv the flow,just waited till it stopped but the first time i thought i saw a ghost which felt as if it grabbed me tight and i couldnt move my body.......i was fooking scared i can tell ya.

this morning my phone had beeped at me to tell me that it was running out of battery. So i turned it off. Since its my alarm i then thought that it had actiually gone off so @ 8.50 i got out of bed and started to get dressed. Then after putting my socks on i realised that i didnt have to get up for another hour so went back to bed. I then slept thru my proper alarm and missed my lecture. Oops. Only been awake for bout half and hour.
