only on it for a week am not aloud no sweets and chrisps (cos thats all iv been eating latly) and been swimming grin.gif

 

 

but to the point, today i bout a feast ice cream had 2 mouthfull and remberd and had to throw it away then i went to mc donalds bought some chips had 2 and threw them away then i went and bought a snickers and had one bite and threw it away

 

what a waste, iv got a memory like a sive thumbsdown.gif

actually my mate lived over here for a few weeks on his own while his parents went to ireland for about 2 months.

 

he couldn't be arsed to cook, and actually lost weight just by eating less - he lived on those tesco's 80p frozen meals etc.

Weight isnt the problem though, its inches that count. If you exercise you'll lose inches and gain a bit of weight or at least weigh the same.

 

Reason being...muscle is heavier than fat. yes.gif

Starving yourself isnt good for you though, it doesnt matter who you are. Cutting out nutrition is bad, eating and exercising is good.

 

Like I said, weight doesnt matter.

i went on a speed diet, really affective although i wouldnt recommend it as i got more addicted to the stuff and got proper screwed up plus the paranoia aint very nice either.

 

 

i should just stick to the healty eating, cut out the fats in ya food and shit, super noodles and pasta are good!!! i used to live on that

it does if you're a 20 stone bloater, in which case eating less certainly would help pat least partly tongue.gif

Diets are hard

You have to eat 1400 calories per day & burn off 600 calories per day doing exercise alone to lose 1 pound a week!

try fat burners its alot easier!
