I think if we are gonna say it is the chemicals making you paranoid, then we need to establish what chemicals!! I myself have been caining it pretty much for the past two years without much of a break & I dont suffer from paranoia

 

You also need to question other issues in your life at the moment too, insecurities etc, this could be a part of why you feel like you do Lou! But without knowing what you are feeling para over it is hard to say

i would have thought any substances that may have un known ingredients in them when you buy them, could have a chance of increasing any paranoia you're feeling in the background, depending on how well ur getting on with ur mates and so on.

 

I'd think more than a week or two's need to get back to normal...more like a couple of months at least of not mashing it up as much. jut getting decent amounts of sleep can sort your head out a bit.
