To me, this message board has enabled me to meet/ chat to some cool peeps, but it is not the be-all and end-all of my life.

 

However, I think people who have been on the board for a few months have got a [censored] cheek to tell Tommy to '[censored] off' if he doesn't like it on here. What, cos they've got the best part of 10,000 posts, they think they have a right to tell someone they can't have an opinion?

 

Funny how those who have been coming on for about 6 months think they can say there has been no change in the content/ quality of the posts, yet those who have been on here from the earlier stages (so would have seen the site deteriate) are told to stop whinging by those who don't even know what the site was like back then.

Tommy, we have spoken now via pm & explained to each other the remarks I made & the reason's for your post, I think that your comments & where you are coming from are justified etc, what needs to be said now is maybe suggestions on how to eleviate the problem

 

The site as we agreed in whole, is great except for the certain peeps that highjack post's & the occassional unnessaccary targetting, but how do we as members, when we feel this happening, do we try to stop it????

 

IMO it is gonna be very hard The moderators could step in, but as Creamy say's in another post, they can not just keep deleting etc, which is true!!! The only way I can see if is, the members see this happening then to prehaps pm the person in question or ask them kindly in the post, especially serious, to cut it out, but unfortunately it does happen, peeps do highjack, I myself at times are probably guilty of it!!!

 

Any ideas??
