How to give up smoking

Has anybody here successfully given up smoking and if so how did you go about doing so?

I was supposed to give up from new year onwards but I just cant seem to do it!

Any advice greatly appreciated!

there is this liquid stuff that works!

 

i saw it on a market

 

what you do is swish the liquid round your mouth spit it out then spark a cig up!

 

the liquid opens up all the taste buds in your mouth and you taste all the chemicals that are in cigs!

 

it really does work!

 

do that every 4-6 hrs and within 2 days you will have quit!

Put 5 used cigs in water and let them rot. Everytime you want a fag (no, not Scream or Tresh) take a smell and that'll soon put you off. Failing that, look at Maria's avatar. You'll never smoke again.

so far i have succesfully given up smoking, ive not had a cig since NYE. ive done it with a combination of patches, encouragement from my parents, will power, and a partner who's giving up at the same time. neither of us wants to give in because that means the other one has won!

i tried the nicorette gum once.............it woz a bastard trying to light the fucker

 

then i went on patches, coz i needed to kick start the silk cut

I used to work with an old fella that used to walk around all day with one of those nicorette pipes in his mouth.....Poor old cunt overdosed on it an collapsed!
