bloody virus!

Think I've got a virus on my pc - outlook express has totally died on my pc - anyone else had this or know how to get it back

Took all the wrong pills & forgot all the right ones at tidy& now got shittiest hay fever ever since I got back - pills started to kick in now so almost back to normal! Away for few days by the coast tom to recuperate from tidy lol so gonna sort programme out for it after - cheers!
