Explorer crashing?

Everytime i goto the microsoft update site my Internet explorer crashes, anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

I've had problems with IE so I switched to Mozilla but I've had problems with that aswell.

 

The internet is shite anyway. Bring back carrier pigeons.
