i had a wicked time!

my 6 weeks in thailand ended up being 3 months of fun,sun,sex,drink(i dont normally drink),spliffs( i dont normally smoke)and laughs..aswell as a little heartbreak,lol...

 

It was cool, hopefully going back next year either for a month,6 months or 3 months then onto ibiza for last few months....confused yet?

 

so how are you?anything excititng happening?

i am at work and bored(but you didnt hear me say that )

Been pretty boring my end, just the usual everyday stuff, Tony's dj gigs are going well etc so thats all good, im just recovering from flu & sinusitus but no the mend now.

 

Im giving up smoking soon, I say soon as I need help so its a course you attend it last 7weeks & they assess you etc & then decide what you need be it patches or some new pill form, so im on a get healthy scheme haha.

have you tried hypnosis??

 

its real good if you get the right person

 

or maybe do what i did,smoke yourself into oblivion then wake up never wanting a smelly fag again.....

or put those depressing smoking adverts on continuously,over and over,over and over, over and over....

haha im scared of hypnosis, although my mum & step dad tried it & it never worked. As for the smoking into oblivion im doing that & as much as the adverts make me feel ill, especially the one with the gunk, my cravings are stronger

i suppose hypnosis depends on the hypnoser lol...

my dad went to one for over eating and is heavier then ever.

I went to one for personal shit and she was amazing,i have alot to thank her for...

leaving job i had for 6 years, going to thailand alone, being more affectionate, getting a new job..none of these i could of done before.

 

Anyway

 

i think maybe,well most people i know who have given up and still do not smoke,well....they just woke up one day and seriously had enough.

 

i woke up after new years eve and new years day clubbing and smoking and just didnt fancy a fag, that lasted 3 years solid( i then smoked menthols in thailand but quit moment i home),after smoking since i was 12...

 

dont pressure yourself or do it when you know your not ready,you'll only quit for a little bit then be straight back on it.

I go for an hpur & I end up pulling my hair out hahaha

 

Well hopefully these meets & patches will sort me out & help the bank balance, I dread to think what I spend a year
