Helter Skelter Energy 04 - 11th September.

After the legacy that was the Sanctuary, the time has come for a new era of Helter Skelter.

Having been part of the dance-party movement since 1989, the Milton Keynes super rave looks set to continue after a new venue was chosen to replace the soon-to-be-football stadium.

A 6000 capacity, 8 arena Leisure Plaza Complex will host Helter Skelter Energy 04 on Saturday 11th September and it looks sure to be an event not to be missed.
Hosted within the Leisure Plaza, a state-of-the-art venue previously never used by any party organiser, the promoters claim this will be “will be a spectacular dance festival as never imagined or experienced before.”

Featuring six rooms from some of the top promoters in the underground including Accelerated Culture, Raindance and Hardcore Til I Die, you can see what are talking about.

A labyrinth of tunnels will connect each of these multi-level arenas, allowing everyone in the midst of this frenzy of dance and energy to explore and truly become lost in their surroundings.

The Accelerated Culture arena will showcase the cream of drum and bass talent including Andy C, Mampi Swift, Krust, SS and Grooverider while the likes of Skiba, Dynamite, Eksman and Fearless will be on the mike.

Meanwhile, Raindance will take you back to the old skool as only they know how after 15 years of events. Among those appearing are Altern 8, Ratpack, Top Buzz and DJ SY.

IF that is not enough for you then there are four other rooms to choose from like the Technodrome, Hardcore Til I Die and Polysexual, while keeping true to Sanctuary traditions, there will also be a free funfair.

So, it’s time to batten down the hatches with the Autumn months approaching so we delve back inside Turnmills and continue in T2 where we left off in June. We have two becomeone debutants on the decks for you this month as well as a previous favourite and your residents.

Headlining the event we have [b]Andy Bagguley[/b]. Andy is a resident at Midlands superclub Passion and has recently played at London clubs Wildchild, Frantic and Serious. His lush trance sound will be just the thing to fire up the party and his mixing is something not to be missed! To read a full interview with this trance wonder kid go here.

[b]Dave Lochrie[/b] is a stalwart of the London Hard Trance scene and this is the first time he is being let loose on those becomeone decks. Having played at clubs all over London, including Tilt and Heat this Australian DJ sure knows what rocks a London crowd! He is also a very talented producer as well with hits under his belt including ‘Escalation’ and remixes of artists such as K90 amongst others. Expect a furious and uplifiting end to the evening!

[b]Brad 212 Finlay[/b] last played for us last year and it was one of the best house sets we have had the pleasure of hearing at becomeone. Brad is part of the Sedition DJs collective and is a regular face on the London house scene, with previous gigs at Movin’ House and City Loud to name a few. Catch this boy in action from 2pm as he lays down some seriously good house music!
