Melvo Baptiste returns to Joshua Brooks for Day Time Disco.
As Music Director of Glitterbox, host of the Glitterbox Radio Show and founder of The Remedy Project, Melvo sits right at the centre of modern soulful house, disco, rare groove and club culture.
His career runs through Mi-Soul Radio, Defected, Glitterbox, Hï Ibiza, Printworks, The Warehouse Project, Glastonbury, Parklife and beyond. Tracks including Bad Company, Gonna Be Alright, Sweat and Did You Pray Today have helped define his sound as both a producer and selector.
This is a return by popular demand after his previous Day Time Disco appearance at Joshua Brooks. Expect a proper selector's set: soul, funk, rare groove, disco, classic house and contemporary soulful house, all delivered through the Void system under the brick arches.
