Fubar and Sector Events present Slam live in Stirling on Friday 2nd October 2026.

Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle, better known as Slam, are true pioneers of Scotland’s underground electronic music scene and one of the most respected names in global techno.

From helping shape Glasgow’s house and techno movement in the late 1980s, to legendary nights including Pressure, Return To Mono and Maximum Pressure, Slam have played a massive part in Scotland’s dance music history.

Their powerful back to back DJ sets have taken them to leading clubs and festivals across the world, with a reputation built on experience, energy and a sound that keeps pushing forward.

Co owners of Glasgow’s Riverside Festival and hosts of the internationally respected Slam Radio podcast, the duo continue to champion underground techno while showcasing some of the best established and emerging talent in the scene.

Expect a proper night of underground techno inside Fubar.
