    Anybody seen or had a go on the new Denon CD deck? it has a platter like a record deck, wiv the strobe dots. it feels like its got a record on top, a lil smaller obviously. but get this....the platter actually spins, so u can control the cd like u would a record!

    Right, I have never and never will claim to know lots about the ins and outs of our music but ive just realised that Paul Maddox even though he is like 19 and been with tidy not very long he has had a helping hand in sooooo many good tunes That CD on the front of Mixmag this month for example which is fooking wicked the best 4 tracks on the cd all had his finger in there pies New York, New York Reach Out Bulgarian Such a good feelin

    I'm off to some Roland road show Mcjobby tonight, and I'm thinking of getting an SP505. This would mean that I can take samples off records/comp and have them ready to play at any point in a mix. And you can piss about with effects on the samples and the tunes your playing Just wondered if ne1 else used one, and how helpful they found it.

    Did anyone watch that last nite? About an 11 year old DJ that was hitting Ibiza. Ever so slightly pushy parents methinks. Didn't actually hear him mix as Channel 4 just played choons over the top, but according to crowd reaction he was meant to be quite good. ?????
