When I first started this message board I thought it would be a good idea to allocate a ctw rep to each major area - it started off as a bit of fun and then I found that people were proud of their 'status'. Unfortunately it has now led to a lot of arguments going on between members and some members who have been around since day 1 with no 'title' feel hard done by. In speaking with Scouselad and some others we feel that now the board is growing in size the titles are perhaps not a particularly good idea. What do you reckon about that idea ? A forum that holds a range of old posts (Can be locked / unlocked posts, doesn't matter) that basically stores classic old posts since CTW began ? A sort of archive i suppose. This could also make some space in other forums, although not sure if it'd have a major effect ? Just an idea though

I know this is just me being picky, and is probably a bastard to program, but is there anyway of getting the "todays topics" to be a "last 24hours topics" just cos when midnight comes around, they all drop off, which is an arse for us insomniacs. Otherwise, this is actually a really well done site. *applause*

Had some problems but all sorted now - just moving the largest part of the existing site across now - the photos - when complete I will then be moving all the other bits and pieces leaving the message board until last. I REALLY DO APOLOGISE for my stupidity thinking I'd get the message board moved across first yesterday - basically I turned the message board off then had an issue - got f*cked off and totally forgot to re-enable the message board until late last night - I was f*cked off as I had still had no more sleep from Friday night - following going to the Viaduct, Vauxhall (which by the way was a good night). Anyway, real sorry for those affected, now I'm t…

I know this has been sugested before, but i think we have got the members to do it now. James i couldnt think of a better way of promoting the site than to have a CTW football team playing at clubbing events including me of course the ex Liverpool school boys forward!!! Might not mean much to many but I've now got ADSL up and running in the home office AND got the new Linux box up and running - our own dedicated server AND got my new development site working - this is f*cking cool - I can move the whole site across at the weekend and finally not more pay-as-you-go-shite with my present provider - I can run the whole lot - unlimited disk space, install what software I want - total control - laughing - CTW is gonna be a big beast!!!! Watch this space!!!!!!!!!!!! James
