CTW News, Comments & Suggestions

It has been decided by the big cheese that TidyTraxGrant's name on the forums will change to TidyCheeseGrant for his persistance in recommending cheese to fellow members! Those of you that think he dont deserves this title then please, let me give you just two examples: 1) Back in May Mr Cheese decided to recommend Milk Inc - In My Eyes which is a big pile of rat [censored]! Its cheesier than cheese itself - but dont smell as much - which is questionable! 2) And just this month Mr Cheese decided to give us his 100% guarantee that "Trance Masters" was a quality compilation! On seeing the tracks it made me eat more cheese than Jerry the Mouse! Well done…

Hi People, Recently I've noticed quite a few instances of where either myself, Sarah or Kev have arranged to meet people and then they are a no-show or they are impossible to get in contact with. All I ask is that you are HONEST about whether you intend on meeting up with us at a specific time at a specific location or not as it really does take a lot of our time up planning some of these meet-ups and we want to get on and enjoy the club/night as much as you do. I do realise that we aren't all into the same styles of music and at the larger festivals we all want to be in different places with different friends but PLEASE just let us know what your plans…

Put an entry in the HOSTS file (usually located in c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc folder at the bottom of the fiel (u will have to open it with notepad though) that reads.......... 80.87.131.68 www.clubtheworld.uk This will [censored] as a tempory measure providing the IP address of clubtheworld doesnt change and providing you can get on here to read this anyway!!! Should then tell your PC where to find the site if it cant find it.

Sorry "peeps" (hate or like that word ? please vote) We had to make some DNS changes yesterday and because I'm "new to all this stuff" I didnt realise it would wipe out the site for the whole of f*cking yesterday practically. Anyway, this WONT happen again as I dont intend changing servers for a good few years!!! Anyway, real apologies and I hope you actually managed to get some [censored] done yesterday! Happy Birthday again to Belle who's birthday it was yesterday - sadly she missed all the messages but will pick them up today hopefully. Oooooppppsss - just realised that none of the links in the Photos forum will [censored] as I stupidly renamed the gallery directory from 'photos' to 'gallery' - I will change it back to 'photos' tonight so they all [censored].

Just after i select the CTW url in the address bar, i'm getting a pop-up as the homepage is loading. Its doing this on both my pc at [censored] and home ! It varies from the advert offering cheap cpu equipment, to this mornings classic 'Virgin' advert. It doesn't bother me, in any case they have only been very small pop-ups, but i thought you might wanna know James.

Feck me - I've been stressing for the last 4 days over why our new box couldn't handle the migration of the albums - was worried at one stage that I'd either have to re-add all the photos again (losing captions / comments) or even worse - not be able to use the gallery software. Luckily its all sorted now after a few configuration changes to PHP. Phew...
