CTW News, Comments & Suggestions

Due to the popularity of the forums recently the disk space being used has shot up considerably and we are running out of space from time to time - I would buy more but we are just about to move to a new dedicated server - hopefully next weekend - where we will have all the space we shall ever need. In the meantime I'm having to delete older photo albums. Please dont put any more pictures up until I've worked out how much space I can free up. Global Gathering pictures will hopefully be up tonight. James

Recently I've been getting a lot of emails of people - especially from people abroad who are coming to visit the UK for a couple of weeks and are around for a few days with nothing to do as they are on their own and want to go clubbing but understandably not on their own. Unfortunately we bring more bad news to the clubbing world this week. The legendary DJ and producer Tim Lennox has recently been diagnosed with cancer of the stomach but in the same breath, is positive about its outlook. Tim is infamous for his production work under the guise T-Empo – hitting the charts with the vocal house heaven of ‘Saturday Night, Sunday Morning’ followed by the club smash ‘The Blue Room’, an essential tune for Dave Seaman and Sasha. Tim is a DJ in every sense of the word, renown for his long serving and regular slots across the Galaxy FM network on a Saturday night. We used to have this, and we need it back - so it is. Only mods or admins can post in here - Kev - we need to start compiling the list again so its clear to everyone what we're doing next - even if we're going our seperate ways on a weekend. James

I received confirmation of booking this morning. Unfortunately, according to them, all VIP places were sold out before we booked. They have instead allocated all VIP bookings the Classic package at £99 per person. I managed to wangle some free VIP wristbands with this package so basically you get all the perks of the VIP for less money. The ONLY difference is that you dont get a microwave in your room or free electricity and when it comes to paying the final balance, you pay £69 each instead of £89 each. Tidy sends their appologies to all concerned.
