With the memory of Convergence the night before, I set off to brave the prossies and smack addicts of Kings Cross to see a different breed of hard dance DJ - some bloke they call Eddie Halliwell. The Cross itself is an amazing club. The crowd are some of the most up-for-it I've ever seen in my time clubbing, and the atmosphere of the place is off the chart. My only quibble is with too many people seemingly in one place. That and the heat, but once I'd found an air duct I was fine. Luke Neville's in the trance room showed me for the first time just why EvilHedFuk and Rachel hold him in such high regard - the man was amazing. Elsewhere, the two lov-er-ly young fil…

I spent a good hour beforehand chatting to the bouncers in Fridge bar next door, which meant I was moved straight to the front of the queue, and consequently was the sixth person into Convergence. Nice. After making my prescence known to the rest of the CTWers, it was done to some serious boshing action. The main room (a colossal space) was heaving by 10:30pm, and the beats were dutifully supplied by the larger-than-life hard trance god that is Spencer Freeland. Synth riff and snare drum combined to get the party started. Elsewhere, the second room played a less-hard sound, with the wonderful Miss Tara Reynolds (…

Well, after the carnage that NYE inflicted on us, I found myself grabbing a little too much sleep after Passion, and consequently didn't get into Camden Palace until about 6pm. After dealing with the strange situation of clubbing at 6 in the evening, it was onto the dance floor for b]Tom Harding's[/b] set. A blisterig sonic assault of pumping hard house wrought devastation on my ears, so I retired to the upstairs bar for some soothing hard trance, courtesy of Simon Fielding. Feeling suitably refreshed (and cos they closed the second room), I returned to the main room in time to catch @Andy Farley and Phil Reynolds wreaking havoc across the main dancefloor. I rem…

Well, it was my first trip to the great bus depot in the middle of no-where that is Passion, and I must say I was very impressed with Mr. Kinch's little endeavour. From the moment I walked into the main room, the sheer size of the place was what impressed me. The main room seemed to go on for miles, and the myriad of little passageways and crannies tucked away in the bowels of the club were a mission to explore. As for the DJ's, all of them played excellent sets. I've rarely heard John '00' Fleming play better, and when he dropped his remix of Cafe Del Mar I danced so much I was sweating like Matthew Kelly in a nursery. JFK played to the crowd as only a resident…

Was absolutley excellent, the club is a bit of a dive but what a funny time was had. Everyone was value for money especially Tash ( do you want to see my voice box??), Mr Happy ( and his snicker moulding skills), Amelia ( I feel sick) and james ( not james on here) and his amazing hallucinations!! Tash cheers for the walk around Iceland, and a special thanks for walking smack bang into a glass front, shop window, how funny!!
