on the file attachment/browse button at the bottom of the reply page....its the only way i know

no no no , go to the smilie you want right click on it get the properties & copy them, then at the top of the page where it says B I http etc there is a button saying image, click on that & a box will open, press backspace to delete the http & then paste the smilie in there & press ok!! easy!!

its not letting me do it, i have all my smilies downloaded on to my computer so its not a web address it says summat along the lines of my documents blah blah

 

getting stressed now
