until frinight at wildchild, i hadn't had a ciggie for 5 weeks!

 

Unfortunately... i smoked about 30 over the weekend and now am finding it a wee bit difficult to remain non smoking.

 

Any tips? unsure.gif

    If i had a time machine i would go back and stop you going to wildhild last weekend, and then ytou wouldnt be in the predicament you are in now, but i havent got a time machine cos that is just plain silly!
