I usually have really good skin - so why all of a sudden am i covered in spots that wont go away???

uv not been well hun, that will have an effect on ur skin, just take care of it as u usually would and itll clear up!!

 

If not, it could be a change in ur hormones, try the dr for some cream or somethin if it doesnt clear up!!

Yeah being ill can cause spots, and also stress can cause spots to appear. You may be workin to hard hun.

 

as said ebfore, stress, bad diet, illness and tiredness can all contriibute. Take away the cause and generally things get better. other than that, application of tea tree oil normally helps.

Being run down (not by a car) can cause spots! Its the biggest cause of spots! Luckily students dont have this problem because they never [censored] to get run down!

Its happened again - skin has been really good for the past week - then as soon as i stay at James's house i get another breakout!

Maybe your alergic to something at his place?? If it really only happens there...
