hey, i am going to turnmills this sat

 

does anyone have any advice....

 

like how to get there from victoria? (I've heard that most of the major tube lines to farringdon are shut?

 

Also what bars round there are good? (not too expensive

 

or any turnmills advice in general?

 

 

From Victoria take the Victoria line (royal blue) north to kings cross then change to the circle/metroplitan/hammersmith & city (these all run on the same tracks) Eastbound to Farringdon.

If you walk East (right on the map) on Clerkenwell Road past St John St there are quite a few bars 'Dust' is one of the better ones.

wouldn't it be easier 2 get the circle line from victoria east-bound to farringdon, or the district to aldgate east, then change on2 the Hammersmith & city line to farringdon?(unless the circle line's shut between victoria and tower hill)

 

have just checked transport for london's web site, and there is no major works to the circle line this w/e. best get the circle line(yellow) from victoria station, and alight at farrigdon. but make sure you stand on the east-bound platform(ie circle line via tower hill and kings cross)

Ignore these comments and go with my instructions- much quicker than flogging half way round the circle line...
