    Anyway she seems useless:

    1. she arrived at 8am this morning not 8pm as agreed.

    2. she claims to have tried to call round at 8pm today but I've been here since quarter to seven.

    3. She clearly doesn't speak not understand English.

     

    I only want my flat cleaning for heaven's sake...

    have you ever tried giving directions over a mobile phone to someone who's understanding of English is slightly less than a vole's?
