Base @ Mission, Leeds

After three hugely successful years at Space, Base has moved to Mission, Leeds' newest and most innovative club. Set across five Victorian railway arches opposite Fibre, Mission provides a fresh home for one of the North's biggest midweek student hard dance nights.

The move also brings some new resident DJs. Filthy Rich and Hatty Lovehearts take charge of the Funky Room, while Caroline Banx joins Butch D, Jez & Charlie in the Hard Room. Having been voted Mixmag's busiest midweek hard dance student night in the North the previous year, Base continued to attract some of the biggest names in hard dance.

This edition welcomes Ed Real and Jon Rundell, two of the driving forces behind London's RIOT club night. Both DJs had built a strong reputation across the UK and beyond, making this a highly anticipated Leeds appearance. Supporting them are residents Jez & Charlie, with Caroline Banx closing the night.

Pre-Base at Fibre

The warm-up party once again takes place at Fibre, one of Leeds' most popular bars, from 8:00pm until midnight, with free entry.

Returning after a year's absence, Paul Devereaux (2 Kinky, BCM and Glasshouse) spins a selection of classic trance to kick off the evening.
