Hard house/trance def does it for me and unlike what peeps say its the only type I can actually enjoy listenin to and havin a good stomp to straight

whilst i love hard house, hard trance, trance and never choose to listen to nething else i can tolerate other styles to some degree.

 

Chill-out is very necessary for late at night/when stoned (have got fifth element soundtrack on and its so chilled its amazing

depends on my mood, its mainly hard house

 

i still listen to soft rock at times (bon jovi, heart, whitesnake etc)

For chillin out at home or after parties I def luv the more chilled Ibiza stuff, also use to be into US Punk - anything hard I guess really!

Tho in clubs its def hard house/trance

it annoys me when people say they hate a style of music b4 they know what the hell its all about. B4 commenting on a style of music i'll make sure i know what i'm talking about.

 

Was bbrowsing teletext 1 nite and saw a txt some1 had sent in saying that dance music is so boring and unimaginative. Yet when u properly listen to it it is very complex with several layers. And big wow that dance music doesn't have many vocals. It has tune instead. Except some types which i don't like.

 

Now R'n'B, take away drum beat, vocal and bass line and u have little to no tune at all. Was getting depressed one nite in R'n'B rm cos me mates wouldn't leave to go to decent rm and decided to analyse it. Its shite

all about hardcore sounds when it comes to HARD dance music.... hardhouse/nrg/trance/techno is all good tho!!

 

although I dont play many other styles then those, I generally listen to everything - its all good :-D
