The brand first teased a CR-78 emulation all the way back in 2022, when it shared images of a PCB (printed circuit board) to its Facebook page. The Behringer RD-78 has finally broken cover and will be available to order in the next day or so. Finally delivering on a product that was first teased a few years ago, the RD-78 sets out to emulate the classic Roland CR-78, the world’s first programmable drum machine.
