Hard house hasn't gone shit... Various areas of it have slowed down in evolution though... And some productions, as has always been the case, are shit... HOwever, I think things are starting to pick up again, albeit slowly. I think the next 12/18/24 months is going to be rather interesting on the production front of HH.

 

The dirtier, nastier, evil stuff has always been my preferred style of HH... Often with techno crossover (Farley, Dion, Tinrib, Sol Ray, etc, etc)... I still like a wider genre of HH, but nothing gets me like the dirtier, nastier stuff...

...plus boundaries between styles have been crossed a lot more recently, and 'new' genres have been created ...that possibly, although not classic hard house, can be seen to of stemed from it
