We have no set parking spaces but just park outside our houses, which makes sense yeh, but there is a guy who lives 2 rows up from us & he must sit by his window watching & as soon as a space comes clear outside our row he dashes out & moves his car, pathetic really & pointless as there is nothing wrong with where his car is aprked
