Obviously due to feeling rather ill (which 'imo' is the best time to quit). It's been a few days now and not had anything to help, but just don't fancy one. Let's hope this IS the time it carries through. Don't wana smoke any more :@ :@ :@ :@

Well I keep telling myself it's 'mind over matter' and that seems to be helping, alot. Just need to not eat tooooo much. I was eating beetroot in bed at 1am this morning as I fancied a salad ..

Thats quite funny as im kinda going through the same thing. Have had this super flu all week that has knocked me on my arse and havent smoked since monday as a result. So have been thinking about totally stopping.

Im 7 weeks non smokingh now & no cravings etc & feel so much better

 

Only down side is everyone stinks now

well liam I am sooo chuffed with myself because I was sure I was going to struggle & pull my hair out but I had the patches for the first week & then went without & have been great since

 

It is just breaking the habit, like after a meal etc but now im finding I dont think about it at all & ive even asked to sit in smoking areas of restraunts etc to test myself & so far so good & if I can do it Liam any bugger can
