Well, I can't believe I havn't fancied one all day. Although I have binged quite a bit, but that hasn't bothered me as I need to start eating alot more than what I used to. I feel quite proud to be me, today ..

Well, I had one or two on NYE, but I must admit, I got so pissed on wine and went for AGES without a single craving for one and I was so proud that, being pissed, I wasn't craving for a ciggarette. But, James lit one up and I thought, oh lets have one, and I did. Not touched one sinse ! I am more so proud of myself that I am not using anything to help me, like the patches or the gum, whereas, I could not do it without either of those when I have tried (but yet failed each time) to quit in the past. It really is a 'mind over matter' issue, and I can't believe the willpower I have this time round.
