"Nightmare" Tune Online

For any Hardhouse DJs/Producers or anyone else really...

 

I would like to know what you think to this tune so far... its not finished yet but please do give comments...any constructive critism.

i like it, think some areas where your building it up, you could go more so n just get really dirty n fat, n exstend some of the sounds you'v already put in there.

 

not really what else to say, not a producer u see.

Overall, quite a nice wee track u have there.

 

Few things though.....

I like the initial chopped up riff that comes in, but then at about 1min20secs u bring in an acid line but the original chopped up riff disappears......would like it if it stayed in along with the acid (it feels a bit disjointed)

all parts then strip away to the breakdown, nothing new - but it works.

main riff is nice, trancey but dark.

After the drop, the riff sits nicely over the rest of the track

But again all of a sudden the riff goes and the acid is back. I would bring the acid in - but leave the riff in too (maybe stripped down a little)

 

If you're doing more work to it, please post it again once you're done some more - Id like to hear it. Deffo has the makings of a nice track.

Thanks for your comments Liam... they will become very handy when im getting on with the track now.

 

I do want to try make something different as well but finding quite hard!

Like you say i think i might have a play around with when it all kicks in again... try something new but not OTT.

 

I will post when ive updated it again no problem

i likes it. better than any tracks ive been able to make up on flippin Dance eJay 2 lol! but as it is, in sods law when we think we've made up a stormer of a track, we listen to it over n think wow. THEN listen to summit like extreme euphoria mixed by whoever, n then try to imagine what would it sound like if MY mix was placed in there somewhere. now back to sods world, when u do that u think oh bollocks, my track seems to be missing an extra something but i dont know what, n thats what we all gotta figure out, without askin BK or Lisa Lashes what it is...

very good tho i must say, it does sound a bit like an old skool hard house tune though....
