To enjoy watching it, you have to watch it in a kinda tongue-in-cheek way. Then it is quality light entertainment

It is ok in small doses. But these reality tv shows are starting to get too much, the only one that cracks me up still is wife swap

Watched a couple of episodes of that Celeb Fit Club recently, just 'cos I'm curious to see how the huge darts player will do losing weight. Can't believe he drinks 25 bottles of beer each day without fail
