I think im almost overdosing on paracetamol.  Have had a sever migraine for 3 days now 

 

Any cures ? (tried the wank technique but it aint working )

Maria if you have a migraine Paracetamol wont do anything for it you need something with codene in it.

Try "Syndol" you can get it from Boots and it really does work i use it myself and i used to get them regular as you know. Just take 2 then lie down in the dark for an hour or so

Depending on the type of migraine you suffer from, you need different pain relief but a normal over the count migraine pain killer like Migraleve will normally do the trick. All the women in my family suffer from migranes (could it be the men or the kids?), and is horrible. Thankfully I dont get them very often but a couple of Migravele and a good bit of fresh air normally does the job. Just a five minute stroll normally does it even though you feel like someone is driving a red hot poker through your eye ball and you are about to spew up too.

 

If you suffer regularly though there are some medications you can take my injection which you self administer but only in severe cases and when prescribed by your GP. I had a client who swore by it !
