...I've just had the WORST shift at work EVER (well...in 11 years anyway)

 

Usually on a week night we have a MINIMUM of 13 staff on....like today at the start of the day.

 

5 phone calls later we get knocked down to 10. So I start ringing round and runnign round like a headless chicken trying to get cover for the night shift but NO-ONE wants any overtime.

 

I was suppose to finish work at 9:30 but didnt get out til 11:20... 2 hours extra WHICH I'M NOT GETTING PAID FOR.

 

Thats just the start of it but I wont bore you with the details. I think I'm just gonna eat lots of crisps and drink lots of coffee and watch a few DVD's.

Noodles are a good option aswell...followed by crisps...or maybe a big fat crisp sandwich.

 

I was actually thinking "I wish I had some alcohol at home" just as I was leaving work but I knew I didnt have any.

 

I think I'm gonna buy lots of booze tomorrow and get completely blotto coz I got 4 days off work.

1 thing that did make me laugh was James ringing me when I was in the managers office and he started talking about shrooms and "naughty stuff".

 

Theres nothing like good timing is there.
